What this service is

invohq is a tool for producing invoice documents. Creating, previewing and downloading invoices is free and unlimited. Paid plans add saving, tracking and additional templates. We are not an accounting service, a bookkeeper, or a tax adviser.

Your invoices are yours

You own everything you create here and you may use it commercially without restriction or attribution. We claim no rights over your invoices, your logo or your client data.

What you are responsible for

• The accuracy of every invoice you issue — amounts, tax rates, registration numbers and payment terms.
• Meeting the invoicing rules of your own jurisdiction. Our guidance pages cite their sources, but they are not tax advice and rules change.
• Keeping your own copies. Anonymous invoices live only in your browser; clearing site data deletes them and we cannot recover them.

What we do not guarantee

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for losses arising from an invoice that was incorrect, rejected, unpaid or late. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous twelve months.

Changes

These terms may change as the service does. Material changes will be noted by the date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means accepting the revised terms.
